Forms Instructions:
1) The forms are in MS Word (.doc), MS Excel (.xls), or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf).
2) Click the underlined document name or the icon.
3) Acrobat (.pdf) files will open when you click the link. To save, hit the "disk
icon" in the reader window (instead of File Save As).
4) For MS Word/MS Excel you should receive a dialog box with choices to
"save" or "open."
- Either open the file and then save file in the application (MS Word/MS Excel).
- Or, choose "Save File As". You can then save the file to the directory of your choice on your computer.
5) When using the Agenda Formats:
a. The participant names and meeting info are there as a sample, be
sure to replace them with correct information.
b. If a Speaker has a longer or shorter speech, adjust the timing for
Table Topics and the Business Meeting.
